Parallel to Berlin Art Week, Niko Abramidis &NE and Justin Urbach participate in HOLOBIONT – A Grouped Group Show at RWK Studios in Berlin-Zehlendorf. From 8 to 13 September, seven independently curated exhibitions come together at a shared site for artistic production and exhibition.

Niko Abramidis &NE is part of Under the Silver Sun, curated by Emily Pretzsch, which approaches the laboratory both as a material site and as a cultural idea. Installation, sculpture, moving image and performance form a posthuman archive in which the boundaries between observer and observed become increasingly unstable.

 

Justin Urbach presents works alongside Maxine Weiss, Tatjana Vall, Mona Schulzek and Milena Wojhan in No Stories, No Mirrors. Within a spatial constellation shaped by darkness and partial illumination, sound, light, video, sculpture and performance come together as fragments of possible worlds without resolving into a singular narrative.
