Der Weiser (1999) bietet variable Möglichkeiten der Präsentation: Die verschiedenfarbigen Aluminiumtafeln der abstrakten Wandskulptur sind an einer vertikalen Mittelachse miteinander verbunden und können frei verstellt werden. Dadurch eröffnen sich verschiedenste Kombinationen von Flächen, Formen, Farben und je nach Positionierung bildet sich ein anderer Rhythmus der Elemente. Die Wahl der Ausrichtung konnte beispielsweise im S.M.A.K. in Gent täglich durch das Aufsichtspersonal neu getroffen werden. So erhebt Jürgen Partenheimer „die freie Interpretation von Skulptur zum eigentlichen Ziel."

Der Weiser war unter anderem im CGAC, Santiago de Compostela (1999), S.M.A.K. Gent (2002), Museum am Ostwall, Dortmund (2004), Ikon Gallery, Birmingham, 2008 und im Kunstmuseum Bonn (2008) ausgestellt.


Der Weiser (1999) offers variable possibilities of presentation: The differently colored aluminium panels of the abstract wall sculpture are connected to each other along a vertical central axis and can be freely adjusted. This opens up a wide variety of combinations of surfaces, shapes, colors and depending on the positioning, a different rhythm of the elements is formed. For example, the choice of orientation could be changed daily by the supervisory staff at the S.M.A.K. in Ghent. Thus Jürgen Partenheimer elevates "the free interpretation of sculpture to its actual goal."
