St. Moritz Art Masters

2013

The interview was created in the context of the annual art and culture festival St. Moritz Art Masters in 2013.

As a symbol of encounter, Sébastien de Ganay set up lacquered metal chairs during the festival, which are inspired by folded cardboard and dissolve the boundaries between art and design. Furthermore he installed works in the locksmith's workshop in St. Moritz, whose floor had previously been designed by other artists. Instead of competing with them, de Ganay included their work in his installation.
