The anteater is a recurring motif in Abramidis &NE's semantics and is the focus of Omega Anteater Scientist (2019). The animal feeds on insects and termites, but never destroys their dens, as they provide him with a constant food source. In the painting, the animal stands self-confidently in a room of sprayed lines. His eyes glow red and a globe is in the place of his brain. The uniform, marked Ω (Omega), makes the anteater appear like a scientist from another planet, combining past and future knowledge. The Greek letter Omega - which universally stands for the end - gives a glimpse into the future of a capitalist world.
